Hi @sampek96, welcome to our forum!
I'm so sorry to hear about your phone.
It does sound like it's related to hardware rather than software since you have already performed a software repair. There is however a few things more you can try.
Try removing the SIM card in your phone as well, if you have a defect or damaged SIM card the phone will lose contact with the SIM card and it will be restarted.
After you completed the software repair, did you restore a backup directly or started to install new applications?
If you did, reboot your phone in safe mode and see if a downloaded application is the cause of these restarts.
If there is no change in safe mode, I'd recommend getting in touch with your Local support team so they can arrange a repair for you.
I understand that it's never fun to have to send your phone for repairs, and I'm sorry for the inconvenience this may cause.
Let me know how it goes!
Thank you @Jonas for such a quick reply!
I tried to remove the SIM card but that didn't help. I got the SIM card from the same time that I bought my phone so I don't think it could be damaged and cause the problem.
After the backup I've set up everything from the scratch. I've also tried to boot it in the safe mode but that didn't solved the problem and after some time of using the phone it restarted again.
I am forced to send my phone for the repair. Can I send it with the SD card as well to let the workers check if it cause the problem about the bootloop or is it pointless?
Thanks for the update and for the great information!
In this case I'm afraid there isn't much else I can recommend and the phone has to be examined by a trained technician.
I can only answer for how SD/SIM cards are handled here in the Nordic region and we strongly advice customers not to include either of these cards when sending their phone in for repairs, since we can't guarantee that they will get them back from the service centre.
This may differ between regions/markets so this questions is something that your local support team will be able to give you a more exact answer on!
You can however mention that you experienced this behaviour when a SC card is inserted in the phone, so the service centre can have a look at this as well, with another SD card.
Keep me posted on how it goes with the repair!
Hi Jonas,
I've been reading all the threads here regarding the continous restarting issue which also experienced on my Z3+ dual sim, so badly :(.
Since I've been so desperate with the problem, and not sure that it will be fixed with "software approach" as well mentioned in the threads, I strongly plan to bring this to get repaired to service centre.
Can you please confirm if service centre can manage it and repair the hardware so I can get the phone live normally again --- as well other variant of SonEr/Xperia I've used earlier?
Thank you

Hi @Vemiliam, welcome to our forum!
I am sorry that you are experiencing the same behaviour.
Have you had the time to try any of the previous troubleshooting that has been mentioned in this thread? If you haven't I would recommend that you try them and see if there is any change for you!
Let me know how it goes!

I've edited your post as this is an English only forum, you can use Google Translate to reply and/or post.
I don't understand your post, do elaborate.
Hi @fejsal, could you please elaborate a bit on what behaviour you are experiencing and please post further replies in English since this is an English only forum (you can use a translate service to transfer your text from your native language to English).
hey
Hi @joon, sorry to hear about this.
Have you tried any of the previous troubleshooting in this thread, such as removing the SIM and/or SD card from your device and see if the restarts stop? A faulty SIM and/or SD card can cause the device to keep restarting over and over.
Let me know if that helps!
