Xperia z3 gets really warm and stop working.

My Xperia z3 keeps overheating in different apps. Games are impossible to play more than a few min before it starts to lag, and at some point the screen will freeze. Even betting apps with not much graphic or animation, completely turns the phone into a warm stone, after a few min(everything lag and screen freezes). It does the same in Google Chrome and in the camera after a short time.

I use an Xperia Z3 everyday, it does get hot when playing heavy games but not to the point of lag, what you could do is uninstall any antivirus app and report back, also, which apps/games are you experience this lag with so I can test my phone?
