Xperia Z1 photo, camera, and speaker issue

Hi, I'm currently using an xperia z1 smartphone and i'm having issues with: 1) downloading photos and not appearing in my album. 2) camera quality distorted. 3) low speaker volume, even worst after update, also i experienced a new issue after update which is when the downloaded pictures are distorted after 1-2 days, but pictures taken using z1 remain the same(no distortion).

I'm a bit confused, you said that 1) downloaded pictures do not appear on the album app but then you said that downloaded pictures are distorted? 

re-install the latest update with SUS or PCC

Hello, thank you for your quick reply, i was able to retain the downloaded picture by going to the file manager and renaming it, but this is tiresome especially if downloading a lot of pictures, after saving the picture it would appear on the album but after a day or 2 it would have some distortion on the screen especially when zooming on it.

Lets go step by step, you should be able to find the pictures through the album

Album> my albums

also if the picture was sent through MMS (messaging) it was compressed, thus, poor quality
