Usb port problem og sony experia z5

The usb port cannot detect any otg or usb using the otg connector.. The usb actually functioned  to other phone.Any help about it?

Did you try Settings > Device connection > USB Connectivity > Detect USB device.

I aready do that but still not working. Maybe my usb pin broke.. Is there any solution or app to use even the port not working??

If you connect the phone to a computer with the charge cable that came with the phone does it get detected?

Have you tried it in Safe Mode?

I can connect it to a computer and laptop using my charging cable and its detected. I already tried it in safe mode but still cant detect any usb or otg.. What maybe the problem to my usb port?

If you can connect to the computer and use all the functions I don't think is a problem of the micro USB port. Are you sure the micro USB OTG is good? Is the USB drive compatible with your phone? Can you possibly try it in other phone?

The usb otg is really working to other phone.. I also use the sony otg cable using the same usb otg and still not working.. This problem start when i used the phone under water last dec..

You can try doing a software repair with Xperia Companion just to discard any software issue but after that, if you are shure that the problem is not the USB OTG or the USB stick, you can contact your local Sony Support Team to get your device hardware looked at.
