Unlocked phone Locked

Having just received my phone back from being repaired by Sony my previously unlocked phone seems to be Locked. I need a SIM unlock code. As the phone was bought second hand and obviously that person unlocked it, how do i get the unlock code, not knowing the previous mobile provider?

You will have to contact Sony directly Local support and or the buyer; once you figure out the carrier, you will need to contact the carrier for the code.

Thank you, unlikely that Sony will or can do anything. Will probably get it unlocked again. Thanks again.
