Standby when on a charger

After the upgrade to Android 4.3 I am missing an option. Don't go in standby when charging.

Specially when in use as alarm clock  I would like to switch this on. But where can I find this

That is what I wanted to suggest.Do you know how to enable dev options?Settings-about phone-tap on build number 6-7 times.
