screenshot?

Hi everyone. I just have my z1 for montgs and dont have much time to explore it. My phone prior to this was xperia sp. With my other xperia I simply have to long press the power button and it shows the "take screenshot" option. But z1 doesn't have this. Can someone here teach me how to do screenshot with z1? Thanks.
