Can someone please help!!!! My old Z1 would let me allocate my music from the SD card to personalise my contacts, no problem. However this new Z1 is driving me crazy. I save my chosen song on ringtone and contact just as before, but when a call comes through it doesn't play. I have done 2 factory resets without success and the advice Sony gave (go into all apps, contacts-permissions and storage) doesn't list option of permission or storage.
