Phone doesn't restart screen is black

I got a txt message and when I pressed the power button to unlock the phone the screen went all black and I can't restart the phone. I press and hold the off button for minutes but it just won't wich off. I've tryed removing the sim card, charging the phone and connecting to my pc but it doesn't work. What do I do? I bought the phone 3 weeks ago!

I tried this also. But nothing happens. The phone is not recognized by the software.

Sony service has no idea than to sent it back for repair.
