Passcode Recovery

i forgot my passcode,is there any way to restore this even if the phone is locked? i hope someone could help me as soon as possible. thank you 😧

By passcode you mean the phone unlock PIN/password?If you cannot restore it using google account,you need to repair via sony update service.
