Not Music Unlimited integration with Walkman in Z Ultra

Hello everyone:

I recently bought a Xperia Z Ultra. Great phone, by the way, but I have a little problem. I bought it by Amazon and the phone came from asia, and I live in Spain (Europe). The problem is that the Walkman app has not a Music Unlimited option to synchronize with this service.

Well, to be honest, this is not a very big problem. I still can use the Music Unlimited app, that works perfectly well. But is wierd because I can synchronize the Movies app with Video Unlimited, or the Pictures app with Playmemories Online. But no Music Unlimited inside Walkman.

Of course I already have the last version of Walkman, the 7.15.A.0.0. My Xperia Z Ultra is a C6802 and the firmware is 14.1.B.2.257.

I would really apreciate if anyone can help me to put Music Unlimited inside my Walkman app.

Could you please send me a PM with more information about your phone?

Open the dialer and enter *#*#7378423#*#*, this will open the service menu. Here select Service info -> Software info. Take a screenshot of this information (hold on/off and vol- at the same time for a few seconds) or write the information down and send it to me in a PM and i'll forward this for further investigation.

I just got more information about the details you sent me and the reason for this is that your phone comes from a country where Music Unlimited is not supported. The Music Unlimited app will work in Spain though as you say.

So is there any way around this? I had mine replaced through my cell phone insurence and they had bought it form so where in the middle east or india, so it is not working...

I'm afraid i don't have any way around this but you could check with your local Sony Xperia support (http://www.sonymobile.com/global-en/support/contact-us/) or a service location if they can help you change the software in your phone to the one for your country.
