my phones lockscreen doesnt change

hi i have xperia z and i have a problem. i try to change my lockscreen wallpaper form the album then i cropped the picture and click ok it says lockscreen walpaper failed to set but i try to change from stock pictures it changes how can i change the lockscreen picture from the album my phone's software is 4.2.2

if you have a pattern, pin lock or password you can not change the lockscreen wallpaper

no i use swipe lockscreen

settings > display > scroll down > lock screen > album

i cant this it doesnt change i have already done this but it doesnt change it says could not set wallpaper

do you have a different lockscreen? do you have any taskillers or antivirus? have you disabled any app?

no i have original lockscreen and i dont use taskkiller or antivirus programs

just repair your phone with SUS or PCC
