Google play service broken after 10.4.1.B.0.101 update

Updated phone to build 10.4.1.B.0.101 this weekend. The update was offered when connecting phone to the PC.

Google Play service is not working after update. I am not able to log on to my Google account. Factory reset does not solve the issue.

Error message.

Gouldn't sign in

There was a problem communicationg with the Google servers. Try again later.

Network is OK. I'm syncing Exchange, Facebook and other stuff.

I was actually unable to logon to Google with all my phones and tablets this weekend. After some testing it seems there's some sort of issue with 2-step verification at the moment. I had to disable it in my account and i still can't enable it without causing logon problems for my devices.
If you have 2-step verification enabled in your account, try disabling it from a computer and see if that helps.
