experia z1 scren unlock

hi...i just bought the experia z1 on ebay...when i got the phone the seller hadnt done a factory reset..the phone still has the sellers screenlock code on it ...ive tried to contact the seller th get the code without any joy...is there any way i can override the screen lock code

download that app..follow on screen instruction

"choose your device>turn off phone and wait 30 sec>connect it when pressing volume down button>on next screen bottom of page there is a check box "reinstall firmware" check that and click next
