Do not disturb during call

Hi.

I have a Z5 Dual Sim and when I make a call my phone turns On the Do not disturb automatically.  Can anyone tell me why is this happening?

I am finding problems (of all things) DIALLING OUT with my Xperia Z5 C.  Every since Nougat! Help. Dialling any contact turns on the "Silent" (no entry symbol) on notifications. Then it doesn't go through. I have to redial every number (whether in contacts or not) at leat 2-3 times. WHAT  A  JOKE!   Anybody else?  Solutions?

I also got a do not disturb icon when I am at a phone call. Could someone explain why? This 7.1.1 update is some what making my z5 worse.

Plus that 

It continue to work after ends call..  And making my mobile silence automatically afterwards

i cannot receive call because dnd will pop in and it says it is not allowed in this service, call and incoming call donot disturb will show
