Delay on calling

I have a Z1 (international)

I'm from Brazil, and I'm using the Operadora Vivo

When I make or receive a Call, the audio delays 4 seconds to reach my phone

I've tested with other simcards and others numbers.

I updated the phone yesterday.

Some help?

If you check in the Call Settings section of Settings, do you have Slow Talk enabled?
