charge xperia Z even if not low battery

Hi there!

sorry for creating a new thread, can't seem to find the topic that fits my question.. and am just a new sony phone user.. 

anyway, here's my question..

Is it alright if I charge my SONY Xperia Z phone even if the it doesn't have low battery yet? anywhere between 30-70% of the battery.. If I do charge it having 30-70% battery, will it cause damage to my phone/battery??

You are not going to damage your phon, you can charge it when its at 99% or when its at 3% or 50% etc, you get the idea

These batteries.are made to be charged often but never let them discharge completely.
