Hi, my husband has got the sony xperia z ultra. He has tried to download a few apps he had on his old phone. It keeps coming back phone not compatible is this is phone or the app. He is getting frustrated.

Where are you downloading apps from?If it is google play,there should not be many issues.

Yes he is doing from google play store, it keeps saying phone not compatible. He has the latest updates as well.

If the apps are not compatible,you need to contact app developers,not sony.
