XZ Premium does not Vibrate at all!!!

Does XZ Premium vibrate at all? Because mine doesn't'. I tried going to setting and turns on vibrate for calls but still doesnt work. I can not get vibration when texting either. I tried running diagnostic with the vibration. And failed. T_T

Tried reset, and software repairing but nothing work.

The Xperia XZ Premium does indeed have vibration functionality and based on the information you have provided it seems that yours is failing. I recommend you contact your Local support team to arrange a repair assessment.
