I have unlocked my phone few months ago(C.A 3 months)
I had 0 problem with charging-when I conncected to charger, it charged up fast as usual.(C.A 30 minutes up to 80%, total of 3 hours for fully charging)
Then from some time ago, it was really slow in charging(sometimes not even fully chraged after sleep), not to mention enormous heat it created during the charge.
When I entered USB configuration, it was locked onto MTP, and it won't change to charging only. Even if I did, it won't charge fast when turned off/on and when I check again, voila, it's stuck on MTP. But then the funny thing is, sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. It's purely based on luck.
This is really driving up the walls, since it's also overlapping with huge battery drainage problem(Can't use phone for a day, around 30% in afternoon from 100% in morning).
Now I know I won't get any warrenty because I've voided the *guarantee and only sensible option seems to be replacing battery. Is there some problem I've overseen due to unlocking the phone?
