Xperia XA Ultra sudden battery drain

Hi,

Sometimes my mobile battery drains too fast. 

The battery was 26% within a min it reduces up to 15% while keeping it in my hand suddenly reduced to 5,4,3,2,1 and shut down automatically.

Let your phone drain completely, then put it on a charger while switched off for 2 hours. Observe if the same drain happens again.

If you still suffer from abnormal battery drain, I'd suggest that you do a Xperia Companion software repair, this will do a clean installation of the latest firmware and will also wipe your internal memory. Follow the steps given in the blue link, do not connect your phone until prompted to press volume down while plugging USB cable.
