xperia XA: multiple issues - want to return the phone

I have purchased this phone on 1st april 2017.

I dont expact this from Sony.

I am totally unsatisfied.

1.Battery is draining very fast.

2.Camera quallity is not as of 13 MP.

3.Low light selfie is just a joke.

4.Update is coming one after the other.

5.Almost all space is already full. 16 GB is a joke.

6.Touch is not respnsive.

7.Heating up.

8.speed is slow.

I want my money back or give me some better phone.

@Honey1 just a piece of advice, complete all the software updates then perform a software repair, you'll see that your phone will work just fine! Instructions for the software repair using Xperia Companion

If you don't like it then surely you can just return it? It had only been a few days.

When I first bought the phone exactly a month before from when you got a yours I also found the battery life to be poor, probably because of all the updates and apps being installed, now a month on it works great, I get a days use when out and whilst at home I get almost 2 days (always connected to WiFi).

The speed is great (remember it is a midranger not a flagship) and the camera is brilliant, best I have seen in a phone at this price.

Ultimately it depends on what kind of user you are, if your a heavy user who games then this device will not be any good for you. Mine doesn't heat up much. As for the updates, just install all of them because previous firmware had battery drain, maybe this is what your experiencing.

Hi @Honey1,

I am sorry to hear you are not happy with your Xperia XA. Slightly_frowning_Face The suggestions @YoGem offered will resolve most of the issues you are facing so I do recommend you try them.

The return policy will depend on the region. In some cases you take it back to the retailer, in others you go to the manufacturer. For the best advice for your situation I recommend you contact your Local support team.

Contact the store where you got it from? Depends on your country and consumer laws.
