When I use my phone and I'm watching a video or just doing something on it glitches out and my AVG Anti Virus locks the app like I just closed and reopened it again, like I have set it up to do but not when I've unlocked and not closed it and using the app so I'm not sure why it glitches out? On one occasion the entire phone locked and I had to unlock it again. I've used a damp rag, and when I haven't used a wet rag, I've used computer disinfectant.
