Is anyone able to tell me how to change the preference on the USB settings as its locked on no data transfer. I have tried a software repair through Sony Companion but my XA2 is stuck on this setting so my PC won't pick it up. I have even done a factory reset but it still won't let me change this setting. Its only since the last software update that I am no longer able to to plug my phone into the computer is anyone else experiencing this problem?
