My settings say my Xperia XA2 has 32GB of internal memory.
Every file manager I download says I have 20GB internal memory; fine, so presumably that's the OS taking 12GB and not viable...
However of the 20GB internal memory remaining, every file manager app says I have used 18.5GB but can only find about 6GB of files in the folder. This is including hidden files and the "android" folder which clearly holds all the app files.
That leaves 12.5GB of files somewhere, so hidden that they don't show. It also means the mobile doesn't have the memory to function properly.
How can I find out what these files are and where? and get rid of them!
