problems with xperia xa ultra. want to return my phone

I have purchased my phone on 1st april 2017 at sony center. completely dissappointed with this product and not willing to use 

1 heating issue when camera is on,  keep mobile for charging and speak in a call for min 15 mins. after having a watsapp video call for 12 mins it got heated and not able to make a voice because of heat. 

2 touch is not working as expected for the worth paid

3 memory is less than expected

I am sorry to hear about your experience with your Xperia XA.

The phone is going to heat up when you use the camera for a while, this is normal when using any processor intensive application.

Can you please explain in further detail the issues you are facing with your touch?

There's a few things you can do to manage the memory on your device, but if you have the 16GB Model please be aware that there will be limitations on how much data you can store on the internal memory. I recommend you get an SD card.

If you still wish to return your phone, I recommend you contact either the retailer you purchased it from, or your Local support team.
