Hi,
I have bought a Sony XA mobile phone 3 months ago from a retailer. It has a 21 months of warranty at the moment.
However while using it, I have faced some problems while using it. While talking with somebody on my mobile phone, my voice does not go to the other side of the conversation after some time. But I can hear very well the other side at that time. So, I need to call that person again, to talk.
Also Google Assistant automatically starts up, at the night usually while charging. Asking me questions like how can I help you? (without me doing sth. or talking or any sound)
Also while scrolling down the contacts it suddenly goes up. Same with messaging, while i try to find an icon, suddenly it goes back.
So I give to the Sony Service in Turkey, to Teleservice (www.teleservice.com.tr) to fix it. And after 3 days, I have got a message from Teleservice that, we will cont. to fix your phone without warranty which will cost me $70. (They have told me that, because it has minor scratches on it, it is out of warranty)
As you know this phone does not cost much, and I have these problems before having these minor scratches on my phone.
So, I need to know, whats this guarenteee covers? When it slips from my hand, and it has a minor scratch the warranty goes off ??? I want to use my phone normally, and these problems occur before these scratches.
