Need Guidance, support and help guys.

I'm using Sony Xperia X Performance and I'm having trouble with recording my videos because it always changes my video settings. My phone is being compromised because of the rise in Temperature. Is there any way this can be resolved or improved?

could you elaborate, which settings are changing? 

as for the camera heating up the phone, that's normal.

I hope this isn't the case for my video recording to become an issue. So I can't use the best features of recording videos because it stops when if gets hot? I mean all Phone do get the same normal condition of heating up when recording videos using the best features for taking or recording videos but mine it's not even 3 minutes but my phone will just exit to cool down. I was told by some support from Sony that Sony itself will or might release an update software to fix such issues. I don't know when but I hope Sony will look into this. They have to at least work on to this.
