My Bluetooth Sony headphones disconnect from my Windows 11 laptop.
It doesn't do it when I'm listening to music, streaming content, gaming or if I am on voice chat in such applications as Discord. It only seems to do it when I am listening to Read Aloud on Edge / Microsoft Word or if it has been idle for sometime (although this isn't half as annoying as it doing it mid-content). It will drop off randomly for 20-30 seconds before I hear the "Bluetooth Connected" again.
There is no event within my Windows 11 event log, other than the Bluetooth headphones requesting to be authenticated (again) when they reconnect (automatically).
I have tried factory resets, firmware upgrade, windows updates, audio settings for headphones in windows... nothing seems to stop it disconnecting randomly.
(N.B - This doesn't happen at all on my Android phone, just my laptop).
This is getting very frustrating as I will be in the middle of my work and it disconnects for 20-30 seconds a time, which it could be connected fine for hours before.
Any help would be gratefully accepted.
