WH-1000XM5 randomly disconnecting

My headphones keep disconnecting from my Macbook Pro and iPhone randomly for a few seconds, before they then reconnect. I googled and many others have had this issue too with previous models. Is there a fix? 

I also have a second issue. If I enable simultaneous connection with two devices, the audio on Google Meet meetings won't work: I can't hear the other person but if I disconnect my headphones and use Macbook speaker and microphone, the problem goes away. 

And now I have a 3rd problem. I had my headphones connected to my Macbook and iPhone, and I tried to listed on Spotify on my laptop. I couldn't hear a peep before I disconnected my iPhone's bluetooth. 

Not happy.

Hi @jatimon When connected to a Bluetooth device, make sure that you're close enough to the headset to avoid losing connection. However, you can try these steps:
