I have no idea what triggered this, I updated to 2.0.1 a month ago and I haven't had any problems until last week. The left mic wasn't picking up any sound. I've unpaired, initialised both the app and earbuds, reinstalled the app and factory reset and nothing worked.
Then, I connected them to my PC and set them as my default microphone and set "listen to this device" on and used another pair of wired headphones to listen to them. The right mic sounded loud and clear so I stored them in the case and tried with the left mic which sounded low, muffled and didn't detect any sound that isn't quite literally right next to it. The eabuds don't have any water damage and I haven't done anything that could physically damage them. Is this a known issue? Or should I RMA them straightaway?
