I bought into the hype that, "polyurethane foam material developed by Sony, these soft and elastic earbuds offer better adhesion to the ear canal wall, which enhances sound insulation and blocks out more noise - especially in the high frequency range. This gives you a more comfortable and immersive listening experience" but now customer support are only offering single layer silicone tips with no central mesh as a replacement.
I really need a central mesh at least and I use my buds for London transport - if you know how noisy that is, you know how important it is that the sound insulation be top form.
I've tried buying replacement tips of Amazon but they were dangerous and caused damage to my ear canal.
What can I do?
