Pairing

Hi, i have these WF-1000XM5  in ear Headphones, now what keeps happening my phone keeps linking to them even when there in the case and its closed etc, i will try to make a call and my phone has no sound then i see my headphones are linked even when they shouldnt be,

Any body else had this ? there only a few months old should i take them back to the store or is it a softwear problem etc ?

Any help would be great..

Heyy @Tim.46, seems like a connection issue to me, you can try to do some steps check the software version 3.2.1, reset it, then try to initialize it test also with different phones or laptops to see what happens with the connection.
