I'm wondering if anyone can help with this. I'm getting an Error Message: A File That Cannot Be Imported Was Found whilst importing all of my music folders onto the Music Centre for PC. I am using the latest version of Sony Music Centre for PC on my Dell PC XPS 8950.
When I click on the message, it brings up a new window showing more information which gives a message, unable to read file and error code: 24667.
The music file types are mp3 and m4a which shouldn't make any difference as it has accepted other mp3, m4a, flac files and so on. I've tried to import the files from a different drive on the PC but it makes no difference.
Has anyone else experienced this error and if so how did you solve it?
