wireless problems

I bought a VGN-NR21J about 2 months ago and have had no problems. My wireless connection was working fine this morning then i restarted my laptop and now it wont connect or find any networks and have no idea what is wrong, it dont help that the helpline is only open 9-5!!!

any ideas anyone?? getting very stressed out!!!

try a system restore to a time when it was working

i tried that and it wont perform a system restore says an undefined error, most helpful lol
