As Sony are (I believe) the only major manufacturer to produce both DSLR's and Laptops, it seems crazy that they haven't tried to push Apple out the way and produce a 'killer' laptop for the scores of photog's out there. There a re a few such as the 'VGN-AW21XY/Q' which are said to be aimed at the photoenthusiast - but they do not even have a CF card slot which every serious / pro level DSLR uses including Sony's own !!
Why oh why can't Sony look at the Lenovo ThinkPad W700 - and then out do it ? There is a huge market share out there to tap into .
Rebuild the 'VGN-AW21XY/Q' with more memory, an onboard graphics tablet, inbuilt screen calibration and fast datacrunching for 65mb plus CS4 files.
If you get the price right Sony will sweep the market .
