but the problem is that it doesn´t work.

Thanks for that. I did get a message from support saying they'd send another but there must be something fundamentally wrong with the system they use to log and track these things as so many people seem to be missing their copies. May I suggest a pen and paper.

They should really include them in the box with the laptop if it's going to cause this much trouble.

Hi Thalamus!

Can anybody tell me what is the resolution of this Spiderman edition? On my Vaio it plays back wonderfully, but I have just set up a fully HD and HDCP-compliant PC, and using Nero Showtime the information displayed about the bit rate etc; it only says 960x540 (half the FullHD resolution)!!!

Have no idea why that happens...

Hi Mold,

as far as I am aware the Spiderman is 1080p so the resolution should be 1920×1080..

Are you able to make adjustments in the graphics display properties.?
