VAIO SMART NETWORK STOPPED WORKING AND HAS CLOSED

Can anyone tell me how to rectifty this problem. I have only had the laptop VGN-NR21J for about 3 weeks and everytime I go on it I get this error message??? The error message goes on to say "A problem caused the application to stop working correctly. Windows will notify you if a solution is available" HELP!

Hi drea.berry and welcome to Club Vaio.

This error is often caused by trying to connect something like a mobile phone that is not supported properly by Vista. Unfortunately this is often a Sony Ericson!!!

I don't know the answer for sure but I would try re-installing the original version of VAIO Smart Network (1.2 - 1.2.01.13070) from here: -

If that doesn't fix it perhaps you should contact Sony Support as your Vaio is still in warranty.
