Thought I'd try to find out more - typed support into the seach box only to be told "doesn't work at the moment" So posting a new thread about support to find out if my experience is unique. How are you finding support? Have you even had to use it? (My Vaio gone wrong 3 times in 2 years
so I'm getting to know them well).
Also does anyone know a website with the Vaio Europe Board - head man etc? They seem very shy except the marketing director.
