I'm having a problem with my SZ71WNC.
The left touchpad button (set as click) is acting up. Sometimes it requires significantly more pressure and other times if you press too hard it doesn't work or clicks twice, once on pressing and once on release. I tried setting the right button to click and it works perfectly. A system restore has not helped although it was from only a couple of weeks ago and it is possible I have had the problem longer as I usually use a cordless mouse and docking station.
I suspect this is a hardware problem that will require a repair (fortunately under warantee but still a pain) but wanted to be sure it couldn't be anything settings/software/driver related. Seems less likely as the right button is fine and nothing in Control Panel seems to help. There don't seem to be any new drivers for the touchpad.
