Support help???????

Hi everyone

Im having some real trouble getting hold of sony uk.
I live in South Africa.
I bought my VGN FS285E when i was living in Engand
I picked up a virus that deleted my partition and i have been trying to find a way of getting in touch with some1 to retrieve it somehow.
Sony SA say they cant help me and when i try esupport it only takes me to a log in page and no further.
Is there somewhere i can email sony uk regarding this problem???

Are you sure the hidden HDD recovery partition has been deleted.?

To check you should be able to recover your Vaio back to the original installed OS and programs just as it was when you first used your Vaio, to do this Start your Vaio and when you see the Vaio logo screen press F10 repeatedly this normally would start the recovery process..

Unfortunately e-support is the only internet based portal that you can use to contact Sony support.

Maybe try again next week, perhaps the E-support portal has a temporary problem..
