i have sony fz31z, and after my first use, vista crashed in an update, and after that gave me only blue screens.
of course i quicly tried the recovery on the hidden partition, but it didn't work at all.after that, i installed my own vista, and the drivers from the support site. after a while i tried again to use the hidden partition, but the same response, so i deleted it too.
a week ago i bought from sony the recovery dvds, but they do not work also, it tells me that the model of my computer does not correspond, and error: 89.
does this problem occured to someone else too? or i am the solely misfortunate...
can you please help me with this issue?
