Sony Full HD - Explain.

Hey,

I was just wondering if some one could clear up for me what Sony means when they stick their "Full HD 1080" stickers on their laptops, because they don't mean 1920x1080. In their eyes it appears to mean 1600x1080.

Could anyone shine a light on this for me please, I'd like to know how Sony justifies this.

Some modells just have the possibility of a Full HD 1080p HDMI output.
The sticker is no reference to the internal display, as far as I know it's just a possibility to see these videos e.g. on a bigger flat screen.
