question about vaio fw21m
hello everyone,
i have the vgn fw21m model and the screen analysis is by papers 1920x1080.
When i go to the screen setup, it says it has 1600x900 pixels in the high analysis.
Does anyone know anything about it that can help me fix the resolution or should i go to the place i bought it?
thank you in advance.

Hi axenos,
According to the Sony Specifications for your model the screen resolution is 1600x900 pixels.
What paperwork leads you to think otherwise?

I thought otherwise because of a sticker on my laptop that it is written "FULL HD 1080".
Anyway, thank you. It seems there is nothing i can do about it now.
thanks for the reply..

If the sticker says that, then I may be tempted to contact the retailer and ask what's going on!!!

Hi axenos,
I thought otherwise because of a sticker on my laptop that it is written "FULL HD 1080".
The Full HD 1080 sticker refers either to the display capability of the computer screen or digital output capable of displaying 1080 horizontal scanning lines on an eternal monitor. In your case the latter.
Somewhat misleading in my opinion....
