Hi,
I downgraded my TZ31 from Vista to XP and applied the drivers and utility packages provided online. All worked fine apart from the installation for the built in UMTS modem to go online with a mobile telephone card.
I installed the WWAN software to get Globetrotter Connect up and running but it says, that it cannot find the hardware.
I started the wireless center provided by Sony and clicked WWAN to enable the function. I also downloaded the T Mobile web n walk software and tried to install the GlobeTrotter GTM378 modem but again the hardware was not found.
In the systems manager there is no hardware without a driver so I assume that accidentally the wrong driver was assigned to the modem. However, I tried to find the modem and couldn't locate it.
Now I run out of ideas ...
