Hi guys , can any of you hlep me ? my laptop is not on mute and when online I have checked volume controls and they are not turned down either, also checked the volume levels on control panel. Just no sound comming from my vaio laptop. Please if you can give me help thank you and if you can make it as simple as possible ..I'm new at all this. Thank you.
