My Vaio died:-(

Hi I was wondering if anyone can suggest some help for this, I have a PCG-FR215E which now refuses to come to life at all, no lights no nothing, I've checked the power lead etc, tried it with the battery out, any ideas guys & gals

welcome to Club VAIO..

Try this...

Unplug the power supply and remove the cable and all connected devices from your Vaio, then remove the battery.

Once done press and hold down power button for a full 30 seconds, then replace the battery and then plug in power cord. Once completed turn the laptop on..

Also have you you made any hardware changes recently.?

Hi Thalamus I tried that one already with no luck, there's been no changes on the machine at all it just up and died:-(

if you haven't made any hardware changes recently then I suggest you either..

Try and find IT Tech in your area who can repair VAIO's and ask for a quote,

or
