Hi im a new Labtop VGN-AR51SU when I try to launch the built in motion eye webcam with messenger all i get is either a black screen or a grey screen with lines running through it. Im running vista ultimate.
With my older sony labtop I could get round this by stop/starting the driver but it wont work on this new machine. Really frustrating , the webcam capture utilty works fine. Any help really appreciate thank you.
