Laptop bags for 17" Vaio

I recently bought a 17" laptop bag from PC World for my AR61M but when I brought it home the laptop didnt fit, my old 15" laptop fitted nicely.

I went to change it for a different one also 17" and the sales person tried a HP to show it fitted so I brought it home only to find out my Vaio is 1" wider than the area inside, I tried to squeeze it in but it dont fit.

Sony have recently released a Carrying Pouch for the AR 17" VGPCP18.AE..

or there is the AR Vaio Backpack VGPE-MB03..

Am I not going to find a 17" that fits then no matter where I go other than Sony?

I had difficulty finding one for my AR..

I have the Vaio backpack which holds the AR perfectly and has plenty of storage pockets..

Search google for VGPE-MB03 the price varies..
