is the bd player on the fw11m a bd burner allso

i have had the sony vaio fw11m for a week or so .but i dont know if this model bi allso a bd burner to .
i know it plays bd discs.can anyone tell me more about it thanks

The drive in your model is the BD-ROM/DVD±RW. IT reads Blu-Ray but cannot burn to a BD disc.
